I was just in Urban Outfitters today and I have to say that their fall collection is so cute! Check out this Poplin Skirt by Silence & Noise. I love bright colored skirts like this paired with a black top and black opaque tights. Too much color or patterns worn with a skirt like this would make the ensemble look way too busy. But if you pair it with black it really makes the skirt pop!
