Cheeky Physique: Sublime Uplift

It’s no secret that I think it is imperative to take care of your skin and to start doing so at a young age. For years now I have been using sheet masks, jade rollers, eye creams, and staying out of the sun. But one part of my body I haven’t really been paying special attention to is my neck and upper chest area. I’m 38 years old and I want to keep all my skin firm and free of sagging for as long as possible. So when Cheeky Physique reached out to me with a sample of their new Sublime Uplift Neck and Decollete Firming Serum I couldn’t wait to try it.

This product is filled with extract from Shiitake mushrooms, hyaluronic acid, and tripeptide-5. What I love most is that it’s not at all greasy or sticky…and you can feel it tightening and working almost right away.

Cheeky Physique’s Sublime Uplift retails for $36 and is available at www.cheekyphysique.com.

Back In Black

You guys know this all too well…but I just love wearing black. But who says black has to be boring? Adding some pleats, a cute belt, sparkle flats, and a puffy headband keeps this look fresh and fun.

Do you have a color you are drawn to and wear all the time? How do you keep it from looking boring?

Son Jung Wan- Ready-to-Wear Spring 2020

Yesterday I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to see the Son Jung Wan runway show at NYFW. Hopefully many of you saw some of my video clips in my story on IG yesterday. The collection was filled with ruffles, bold neon hues, asymmetrical cuts, and sparkling metallics. It was part soft & romantic…and part bright & bold. Loved it!

Somewhere Over The Rainbow

You all know that the majority of my wardrobe is made up of dresses and the color black…but I really am trying to expand my horizons and add in different colors and pants to my collection. Do any of you guys get in your comfort zone and have a hard time branching out when it comes to new looks? For some reason I feel like the older I get the harder time I am having doing this. The struggle is real!!!

I felt it would be fun to dress extra cheerful today…and in my mind there is nothing more happy than rainbow prints (in front of bubblegum pink walls). So cute, so summery.

What colors make you the happiest to wear?

I love little details like this adorable bow. Feminine details like this always add a little something special to any look…no matter how simple or casual the outfit is.

Like this look? Be sure to stop by J.Crew as the top and jeans are both on sale!

Yes Way Rose, At The Rose Mansion

A couple days ago my good friend Nicole (AKA Darling in Dots) invited me to go with her to the Rose Mansion for a frose event they were having. All she had to do was say, wanna go to the Rose Mansion and I was like…yes please! Rose is my favorite type of wine. How could I pass it up?!

Full of colorful rooms where you get a tasting in each, this maze-like adventure was so fun and so cute!

You got to learn a little about the wine making process, find out which type of rose you will like best by taking the Candyland inspired floor game (I got semi-sweet), and I even found out that I too prefer Cleopatra’s favorite wine.

Cheers! What is your favorite type of rose?

You too can check out the Rose Mansion if you are in Manhattan. Check out Rose Mansion’s website for more details.
