Majestic Mary Janes

My new favorite shoes are a spin on an old favorite…

Mary Janes from Madewell / tights from LOFT / faux fur coat by Cupcakes & Cashmere

I feel like I’ve been wearing Mary Janes off and on forever. They are so classic and perfect with just about any outfit. Dress them up or dress them down…they are always a winner in my book!

What I love most about these are the double strap. Adds a little something unique to the traditional look.

Here are some links to some of my favorite Mary Janes out there:

Shoe Season

Warmer weather means it is the perfect time to start shopping for some new shoes. I have to admit, my spring and summer shoes are kind of lacking...so I'm currently on the hunt for new shoes for the upcoming seasons.

Here are the must have styles everyone is going to be talking about. Get them while you can!

Slippers with Tassels available at Zara- $49.90

Tassels are everywhere right now! They add a little bit of class and a whole lot of flare to a basic shoe. These are absolutely perfect for the office.

Striped Strappy High-Heel Sandals available at J.Crew- $268 + 20% off

Chunky heels are my favorite! Not only are they so on trend but they are so comfortable and easy to walk in. When you live in a city like I do and walk everywhere you learn fast that comfort is key. Bonus points if you get them in a fun print!

Flatforms are a must!!! You may have heard Jen Hsieh talking about how she can't wait to try this trend in my recent podcast, and I totally agree. Not only are they edgy, fun, and hip...they are so much more practical than any stiletto or sky high wedge out there.

Which shoe trends are you excited about for the spring/summer seasons?
