Victoria's Secret has some amazing dresses in their collection this season. One of our personal favorites is this Flirty Little Scoopneck Dress. It's very bright and bold. Don't wear this dress when you are trying to blend in to a crowd...it just won't work! We suggest pairing the dress with a pair of black opaque tights.
