Boho in Brooklyn

I may not be at Coachella, but that doesn't mean I still can't wear a fun bohemian look while wandering around my neighborhood. Who says "festival wear" needs to be reserved for summer music festivals? Am I right?

Last weekend I was so happy to have the time to stop by Keiko Lynn's closet sale. I picked up a few fantastic items, including this Free People dress. It's so flowy and light...perfect for spring! Now I don't normally rock a bohemian look, but I figured it's never too late to try something new. Also, it's SUPER comfy!

I paired it with tights this morning as it was slightly cool out. That has definitely changed though! The sun is shining and it has really warmed up out there! Summer, is that you I see around the corner?

I hope you all are having a fantastic weekend!

Ruffles Make Everything Better

Do you have ruffles in your closet yet? If the answer is no, you have to get out there and buy a piece or two or ten. Ruffles are a huge trend this season. Personally, I think they make everything look even more adorable. Looking extra feminine is in.

Blue and Red Off the Shoulder Crop Top available at Pixie Market- $56

Exposed Zipper Ruffled Fit and Flare Dress available at Express- on sale for $48.93

Put On Your Party Pants

There is nothing more fun that pants with a cool (and sometimes bold) print on them. As someone that owns practically zero pairs of pants, I think I could definitely see myself getting a few of these patterned styles into my wardrobe.

The Pixie Mid-Rise Ankle Pants available at Old Navy- on the sale for $22.97

Floral Slacks available at H&M- $19.99

I want to know, what do you think about this trend? Will you be trying it this season? How bold will you go with your print???
