Floral Midis for Fall

I really cannot believe that autumn is just around the corner. Don't get me wrong...I'm really happy about it. Fall is easily my most favorite season. The crisp weather, the smell of dried leaves, and the fashion...it doesn't get better than that. 

The one trend that I'm really embracing for the upcoming season has to be floral printed midi dresses. They are so pretty, so chic, and so fun! Slightly retro, full of color, and perfect for almost any occasion...this is a look I can definitely get behind.

Sunglasses Under $30

The summer is in full swing, which means that sunglasses are a must! I hate spending a ton of money on a pair of shades because I will without a doubt sit on them, scratch them, or lose them. Pink Camels

Happy Fourth of July to all my fellow Americans! I'm being a bit of a rebel and going away from the typical red, white, and blue look and wearing some pink camels today. Does that make me any less patriotic? You be the judge of that.

I just had a fantastic four day weekend! I wandered around one of my favorite areas of Brooklyn, watched lots of soccer, hung out with friends, brought Rocko to the new dog park in the neighborhood a few times, and ate the best fried chicken I have ever had (my husband agrees too!). All in all I can't complain!

Tonight I'll probably watch the Macy's fireworks from my apartment window. I'm going to stay home and give Rocko extra cuddles as fireworks scare him a ton. Poor guy!
