Olsen Twins Win Top Honor At CFDA Awards

Last night Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were given the top award of the evening at the Council of Fashion Designers of America. They were named Womenswear Designer of the Year. Their fashion label, The Row, has been praised for years...and now they are really showing that they can stand strong with others in the industry. I have to give the girls credit where credit is due. Here's to a job well done!

For all you Olsen fans out there did you notice that Mary-Kate debuted a brunette hairstyle at the awards. I have to say, I kind of love it on her. What are your thoughts? Should Ashley follow MK's steps and switch up her hair a little?

And a quick side note...at the CFDA Awards Johnny Depp (who was not in attendance) received the Fashion Icon Award. I love Johnny Depp (who doesn't???), but fashion icon? Seriously? His fashion sense is typically atrocious. Who do you think deserved the award of fashion icon?

Flashback Friday

I'm kind of surprised how angelic and sweet this young star looks as a child. I almost didn't recognize her...with the lighter hair and fuller face. If you are thinking it's Scarlett Johansson (like I thought it was) you are wrong. Guess again!

Lookin' Fab

Move over Beyonce. There is a new diva in town! Kelly Rowland looked fantastic when she made an appearance on the red carpet at the Glamour UK Women of the Year Awards. Wearing a black Maria Grachvogel halter gown she looked so stunning and statuesque.
